The game quite literally became a gacha game, like the premium currency is basically useless now unless you want to gamble. Not to mention that before the update you could buy characters with gems, unlock their character road with gems and basically do alot, and yes I mean ALOT more with gems. Now Coins out weight gems a hundred fold. Also the Devs don't at all listen to the community and the game is pay to win.
