Makima becomes Denji’s supervisor, promises him a better life, and manipulates him emotionally.
Her actual goal is to use Pochita’s power to create a world free of war, hunger, fear, and death — by controlling everything.

In the climax, she battles Denji and the Chainsaw Devil. Despite her overwhelming power, Denji defeats her through a clever trick.

Her soul later reincarnates as Nayuta, the new Control Devil, giving hope for a different future.
