I was highly skeptical of this release, decided to put my faith in after the review embargo was lifted and I got to see some honest opinions, l don't have a whole lot to say about performance personally (4070S, 7800X3D, 1080p, 70-80fps on high, DLSS at full resolution, no frame gen) , from what I've got to play so far, the story is wonderful, it's charming, and actually funny, I don't want to plunge a screwdriver into my eardrums every time a character talks unlike a couple releases, the game looks beautiful, the weapons are a LOT of fun, it builds upon a lot of things that were good in previous games making them better, traversal is less tedious, movement is the best it has ever been, I'll likely come back and add more once I've reached endgame, finished the storyline and maxed out characters but so far, I think Borderlands 4 holds its own with the rest of the series and deserves its chance.

Overwatch if it had hot characters.

This game looks and feels fantastic, super cool premise, I think anyone with an interest in any style of climbing should give this a shot. Can't wait for full release :3
