17.4 hrs on record
there's no actual end goal so once you hired all the employees the game just runs by itself
you cant hire employees to clean the store, fix machines, restock shelves, changing minimart item prices, print shirts, defuse bombs, remove forgotten clothes in coin machines and chase bad customers away so when you get all the available employees thats basically all you do; unlike the other "bad customers", there is no way of stopping the bomber from placing a bomb

the washing and drying employees also cant take the dirty laundry from the delivery guy, nor can the delivery guy get off the bike and put the clothes to the dirty clothes counter, same for getting the clean clothes back

the delivery order is also manual where you have to pick the call, go through all the dialogues then tell it to the delivery guy, why cant it be more seamless? and you can only hire 1 delivery guy and there will only be 1 delivery order per day (so far thats the case for me)

you cant place the machines back to back with each other because then the employees and customers will get "stuck" between the machines walking left and right. game is also kinda buggy and glitchy. i ever faced "permanent" dirt and items that seem to be on the shelves that actually dont exist anymore, i have to reload the game before i can clean that dirt and restock that empty shelf. when you store a machine in your inventory, the space that it was using will still be used by that machine until you place it down somewhere else

currently i earn an average of 600 per day and the average cost of upgrades are like 400-500 now, new machines cost about 250 which is ridiculous, why cant the business be scaled up? customers only starts coming progressively if the dirty clothes counter is empty, there is only a max of 6 of it but you can have up to 3 clean clothes shelves each storing up to 6 baskets???

regardless if i give them "bad" or "good" service the average number of customers per day dont change?? employee algorithm also seem to be made to priorities the use of better machines first, which means clothes in older models machines will likely get stuck in there until end of day and there is no time limit factor to get the clothes ready before the customer comes to pick it up; there is also no option to set for the folding and ironing employee that the clothes must be ironed before folding. employee efficiency upgrade seem to only upgrade the efficiency of them doing the task itself but not their walking speed....

the bills each day will forever be $2 regardless if you have 1 machine or 20 machines. the base salary for each employee is also $2, you can increase their pay but im not sure if it will increase their efficiency proportionally. the loan have no time limit set and it doesnt incur interest either, its as if the loan dont matter. you can decorate and customize the store but its only for aesthetic purposes, doesnt help with customer flow or daily revenue.

it is absolutely ridiculous to have the level limitations, both store and player. the ironing and folding employee cant lint out pet fur without a state-of-the-art lint roller, even then, it cost $660 to teach her how to lint pet furs from clothes. to even get to the state-of-the-art level of lint roller, you first have to drop thousand over dollars to pay for the progressive upgrade which gets more and more expensive, and thats not all, as the player, you also have to be of a certain level before you even qualify for an upgrade. i stopped at level 6, to go level 7 i need to be level 26 and pay about 500-600?? for the upgrade i think. im not sure if the player have to do the actual ground work to level up or it just increases progressively as you clock time in the game opening the store for business; either way, the store and player level thing just dont make sense

you also have to pay about $1000-$2000 to teach your laundromat cashier how to scan and bill minimart items to the customers....

it gets really boring over time because there isnt any factor that will result in the store's forced closure; regardless of what you do, you will never "lose" the game
