-The Australian SAS Special forces soldiers ARE "thinking soldiers"

-The most successful Navy Seal Soldiers. Are not the strongest or fastest. They are the smarest, most disciplined and most reslient TEAM PLAYERS!

Along with the skills expected in soldiers:

-They design and participate in elite training programs like a sports team would
-They are expert communicators and teamwork
-Emotional intelligence
-Highly Motivated/resilience/Grit
-Egos are in check
-Adaptability. This includes deviating from standard operating procedures when necessary
and thinking outside the box

-They treat and respect each-other like family and they put their bodies and life on the line for each-other
-They believe in decentralised command, where the right person for the right situation can make calls. And every decision/cal/strategy is not 100% made by the commander himself.
-The leaders and commanders are able to take responsibility for their mistakes. Not use scapegoats.
-When soldiers are struggling or not performing to the level. They spend time on training them. And they do everything in their power to get them up to speed. With positive encouragement and leadership through the whole process.
-They are experts at reading body language and signs
-Resourcefulness: They master every environment they end up in. They network with other forces and foreign counterparts. Navigating local communities. Gathering Intel. Making an insane amount of important decisions.
Decision making (Thinking on feet)
Planning/Tactics Strategising/Navigating/Logistics: Again. The special forces are thinking soldiers who perform highly sensitive difficult and dangerous missions across the globe in unfamiliar territories. Against a lot of unknown and unpredictable resistance.

Can i get more Counter-Strike Teammates with these qualities?
