update: after searching deeper i have came to the realization this might be a bot account for farming in certain games, as you can see the user doesn't spend money and doesn't customize his profile at all. you do see friends which may (or may not) be bot accounts also maybe for assisting in farming in the games. As a gaming community we can not stand for this type of behavior and we must take action against the bots of steam.
