For me, starting all over from scratch, the very beginning, in these AVN's is almost never worth the rerun time involved, so no I wouldn't. I would just quit and delete it. However, if you were to implement an option whereby I could start out at the beginning of the NEW content (not the very beginning of the story) I would be good with that. Several other creators have done it that way when an update breaks the previous saves and it works quite well.
How to locate/access said tutorial box would be great. But yes, which screen I need to visit to enter the veil is what I've failed to determine on my own. Also instructions on how to access the recap/help feature would be most welcome as well. I also get the message to "proceed to chapter II too see this event", but I don't know "how" to do that.
I appreciate your reply. The hint is "We should investigate the veil!", however it doesn't provide any information on "how" to initiate/start that process. No who, where, when, what, or how to get that started. That was what I meant by a lack of sufficient guidance about how to progress the story.
I was a big fan of MIST, which is why I bought Covenant of Morn. My one and only issue with Covenant of Morn is the almost non-existent guidance, in-game, on how to progress the story. I find it extremely frustrating.

However, I didn't particularly enjoy the grind required to get as far along as I have, so I'm not so sure I'm interested in starting all over again from the beginning. Commanding A Harem is IMHO just a little too grindy for an Adult centric game, they should be based on fun not drudgery.
I downloaded an AVN directly through Itch just 2 days ago that was 9GB. Since yours is only 1GB you really do need to call them out on that size limit issue.
Very nice, the standalone update is less than 500MB (versus 4.7GB for the full updated version) and works perfectly. Very much appreciate your taking the time and effort to make this option available.

I was, and am, a big fan of MIST, an outstanding game. Which is why I immediately bought Covenant of Morn when it was first released. My sole complaint regarding MIST was that some of the interactive parts were overly difficult to complete, something I hope you will avoid with Covenant. Too high a difficulty level greatly dampens the fun factor. Thus far the only shortcoming I've found in Covenant is a disturbing lack of guidance, direction. We would benefit greatly from more in-game information regarding where, when, and how, to progress the story. Everything else is quite good. Very much looking forward to the games progression.
Sigh, yet another creator who thinks it's just fine to zero-out all their current users/fans/customers progress with an update. Not everyone is happy with having to repeat hours of the same content all over again through no fault of their own. I recommend that you perhaps do a little research into other AVN's/Game's that have fallen from favor for exactly that reason. The number is not insubstantial.
I'm sorry, as much as I enjoy Phoenixes, I can't justify starting all over again from scratch. Especially since the save breaking changes only benefit you and new users, while shafting your entire current user/fan/customer base. You could have at least worked out a compromise, whereby current users could start at the beginning of the new content instead of all over again from the beginning, like CoR did after large loses to their customer/fan base due to updates repeatedly breaking their saves.

So I updated from v0.2.9 to this new v0.3.0 but I don't have any new missions/events or anything in my Objectives list. It just says "Let's wait!", is this right?
