While not a true survival game in the sense of survival and dispite all the negative things I've read. I have to give this game a thumbs up!

You have to love the kerbals in this game if nothing more. Great idea, great game and loads of thinking plus it's fun!

Highly recommended due to multiplayer experience. You can design, build and maintain your own star ships and star bases.
