There are gazillions of gallery plugins out there, but I don’t hesitate to recommend this one – always. Sometimes less is more in the end. Meow knows what he is doing. From a photog’s POV. Which is good.

super great, especially the overide

a very nice split between free and paid versions. Both worth their value.But the jewel is that it overides existing native WordPress galleries: so if you have many already … you do NOT have to do all over again. And if you have to deactivate the plugin for testing or other reasons … no problem. This is the unique and best feature ever. User-first.

A Very User-Friendly Plugin

I use this plugin alongside Lightbox on pages that showcase workflows, procedures, and equipment. It’s incredibly intuitive—images can be arranged effortlessly, and captions can be added while viewing the layout. This makes it very easy to use.
