• Hello MailPoet Support Team,

    I’m contacting you because I received the email confirming that my MailPoet account was approved, however in my WordPress dashboard the account status is still shown as β€œpending approval.”

    when users subscribe through the subscription form on my website, they do not receive the automatic confirmation email, so their subscription remains in a pending state.

    Before contacting support, I have already completed the following checks:

    • verified the MailPoet key from the WordPress dashboard,
    • confirmed that DNS settings are correctly configured,
    • checked that all account and site information is complete and correct.

    Since the issue has been ongoing for more than 48 hours, could you please let me know why the dashboard status has not been updated and help me activate the account as soon as possible?
