    Hello, why the Backup Now button is disappeared. It is very useful to have that apart from the automatic backups!

    Hi John,

    Could you help by clarifying what you mean by disappeared? It is certainly not a normal thing.
    Is there a message saying the Backup Now has been disabled, or is the button just not visible?

    The Backup Now button can be disabled when the backup directory is not writable on the site.
    It’s possible the directory cannot be created or written to, often it’s due to folder permissions.

    Perhaps you could share a screenshot? This would help me to understand the problem better.

    If the button is greyed out, this is normally down to a lack of space on your hosting, can you check this?
