    Hi,

    I think there is an issue lately on the label shown above the Google logo, where it is says how many reviews have been left.

    I know the free version is limited to the content of 10 reviews, but the number shown on the left always corresponded to the total number of reviews on the Google page.

    When clicking on the “Download new reviews” button it went from 44 reviews to 10 reviews. I have seen this issue on several websites today. I still have a couple of websites where I didn’t download new reviews recently where it is showing the right number (example).

    Is this a bug or an intentional change?

    Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

    Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Update the plugin to the latest version, if you haven’t already.
    2. Go to the “Advanced” tab in the plugin settings.
    3. Click the “Re-Create plugin” button to reset the plugin.
    4. Then reconnect your business and reconfigure the widget settings.

    This should restore the reviews and allow you to complete the setup process.
