Hi,
unfortunately I can not reproduce this issue. Do you have some more information? A callstack would be nice? It seems as if in your case something else, like a plugin or a them already logs or echoes something before the cookie handler. We tried to make the cookie handle jump in as early as possible. Do you have maybe other logs or error which are caused by other plugins? Does this error occur with all other plugins deactivated, too?

Hi,
I think this is because the other trigger an error. This error is then causing the “headers already sent” issue.
Can you try deactivating the plugin or fixing the other issues: debug-bar, woocommerce-product-addon and health-check. I am pretty sure, that then the “headers already sent” does not occur anymore.
