Can’t Complete Setup the Button Does Not Work

I’m having the same issue as others in the support forum: I get through the entire setup process but the “Complete Setup” button doesn’t work.
This seems like a common enough issue that hasn’t been resolved.
I’ve looked through the other support topics that mention this same issue but with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks

Have you tested the connection with only WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads active, and all other plugins disabled? This can resolve the issue in cases where there is conflict with another tool on the site.
If that doesn’t help, please share:
- Any logged errors found for the “Google Listings & Ads” under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
- A copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

I tried deactivating all plugins except those two and the issue with the disabled “Complete setup” button persists.
Now I’m getting the logged error: “2022-07-09T03:39:10+00:00 ERROR Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Notes\NoteInitializer::add_notes Merchant Center account is not set up.”
However, our Google Merchant Center account is set up. That step shows as “Connected” on setup page 1.
Then I deleted the Google Merchant Center account, and created a new account on setup page 1, and again it showed “Connected” to the new Merchant Account.
But another logged error appeared like above saying “Merchant Center account is not set up.”

I have disconnected the site in the Merchant Center section.
I am not using any caching plugin, and contacted my hosting company, which said this situation does not apply.I then clicked “Clear Cache” in WP dashboard.
Then I reconnected the Merchent Center account via “MC Account Setup” section on the connection test page, entering my MC ID.Next, I clicked “MC Connection Status” and received:

When this happens, it is possible the account is connected on a different site. We have seen this when the
Complete Setupbutton is not operating. For this, if you can please try to run once more through the disconnect option, and make sure to select theDisconnect ALL sitesoption. After this log into your account on Google and make sure it shows no connections active.After this try to connect and see if the

Before disabling the plugin you may want to try using another browser. Sometimes, conflicts with extensions installed on the browser or a particular configuration can cause trouble. You could also check if it’s working with the browser’s private browsing mode.
