Here are screenshots. The only way I can get a date to display is if I hardcode an actually date. It seems like the {{completion_date}} tag isn’t working.
@applesandarrows I just tried this out on my test site and {{completion_date}} is working as expected. The completion date is still showing up for users on the front end.
I also tried to view the screenshots you shared, but I received errors saying that Imgur is temporarily over capacity. Can you please try inserting your screenshots directly into your message here?
Can you also let us know if you have already tried conflict testing to see if the issue is caused by another plugin or your theme? I recommend following the steps using the Health Check plugin here so that your production site isn’t affected:
I tried conflict testing and nothing resolves this issue. Also, these threads do not support direct uploading of images to my knowledge. I can see the imgur images from my previous post so you may want to take another look at that. I need to get this issue resolved before my new site goes live or I will need to find a different LMS.
For the test user “Skin Script”, can you check in student management if there is a completion date for this student? Could you provide us with a screenshot of that student management page as well? You can upload to imgur or https://snipboard.io/.
This could happen if the certificate was manually create without the student actually finishing the course.
