    I have several forms and the admin email works properly, but the confirmation email meant to be sent to users is not working. It is a webpage that requires logging in, so it should take the email from the log in. I even created a hidden field with the user’s email and it still does not work.

    Hello there @kunpa,

    hope you’re doing well and I’m sorry for the late reply here.

    I just tested that in a local site of mine and both admin and user got their emails (user got it by the auto-filled email address).
    Could you please try with the same email address you use for the admin user? Just in case it’s the specific email address that doesn’t accept that.

    Hi. That is very particular. Using the same email works, but any other email account is not working. I am not sure if that is a problem with WP in general or if it could be fixed for the plug in.

    It was in fact a problem with WP STMP settings. It works perfect now. Thanks.
