    My purchase receipts and confirmation emails are not working. I am getting the following message;
    “MyThere was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

    My Post SMTP log is saying;
    “Code: 401, Message: Unauthorized, Body: {“errors”:[{“message”:”Maximum credits exceeded”,”field”:null,”help”:null}]}”

    According to my host support I have not reached my daily credits for email

    My host company support error log is saying;
    “[Thu Sep 18 14:59:36.570105 2025] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 1026054:tid 140308679300864] [client 66.42.124.101:0] AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: ERROR PostmanWpMail: Exception code=0 message=Code: 401, Message: Unauthorized, Body: {“errors”:[{“message”:”Maximum credits exceeded”,”field”:null,”help”:null}]}; PHP message: ERROR PostmanSendTestEmailAjaxController: Test Email NOT delivered to server – 0’, referer:

    It worked just fine in June. It stopped working in July (according to logs). Nothing has changed.

    Do you have a contact form on your site? You can easily check it by sending a test email.

    I think I found the problem. The mail server was set to SendGrid (maybe the default). I thought I was going through my hosting company for sending emails. I switched it to my hosting company and it seems to work now.

    SendGrid has a free membership (default maybe) that only allows 100 emails a month. I guess I crossed that line and was getting errors.

    Glad to hear it’s working.
