Critical error only on iphone

    Hi,

    I have a strange issue on one site. All who has an iphone and try to search on the page gets to “a critital error has occures on the page” see here about troubleshooting wordpress.

    I have fibosearch – I have asked them also but since the message is from wordpress I dont know if the issue is there.

    It works on all other devices, desktop and android just not iphone. We have tried 3 different Iphones and they all get the same message if they try to search.

    Anybody know what might have happened? Hard to troubleshoot since I dont have iphone and it works on all other devices.

    The reason for the error should be visible in the error log. You can find it in your hosting area. If necessary, the support of your hosting can help you.

    Alternatively, you could also enable debugging in WordPress. How to do this is described here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ – also here the support of your hosting can help you if necessary to edit the file accordingly.

    In both cases you should be able to see what the cause is in the logfile.
