disable parallax effect on rows

    Hello,

    on my website i’m using Sydney theme, and as you can see in the linked url, some pages have some blocks which create unwanted parallax scroll effects. I can’t find a way to disable such behavior. Any idea? Some time ago there was an option in the widget block in the editor page, but now i can’t find it anymore. Thanks in advance.
