    Can you please one of the affected products, and edit it on your site backend, go to the general tab, check if the regular price and sale price changed?

    If it does not help, I’d suggest to run a conflict test.

    Start switching the site theme to Storefront temporarily, and then disable all plugins except WooCommerce. Check again to see if the issue persists, if not, it means a conflict was affecting the site, and you can reactivate the original theme, and then reactivate the rest of the plugins (checking again after each plugin reactivation), until you find the cause of the issue.     If that does not make a difference, please share your System Status Report, found under WooCommerce > Status, on your site.
