We purchased a lifetime professional license, but after some time, the automatic updates stopped working. We then had to download the updates directly from the Woobewoo website. When we contacted support, we received no reply, and a while later we realized that access to the updates had been blocked altogether. Our follow-up emails changed nothing. Shady practices
