  • The Google for WooCommerce plugin requires a connection to WordPress.com, but this can be done with or without Jetpack. If Jetpack is installed and connected, the plugin will automatically use that connection.

You can learn more about it here: https://jetpack.com/support/woocommerce-products-that-require-a-jetpack-connection/

    Thank you.

    Hello Mati,

    Thank you for your reply.

But when i log in with your plugin via jetpack. does that explain all those tables in the db and errors in the log?

Could you share more details about which tables and errors you are referring to?
    Sharing screenshots will be helpful.

If you are facing any problem with the functionality of Google for WooCommerce, please describe that in detail as well.

Once I have more information, I will be in a better position to assist you further.

    Best regards.

    Hello Mati,

    Thank you for your reply.

I read the thread you posted on the Jetpack support forum.
I understand you are facing an error:
WordPress database error Commands out of sync

This error can occur when a MySQL command is issued before the previous one has been fully processed.
Even though the error traces to Jetpack, it could be triggered by another plugin or code.

To investigate the issue further, please share your site’s System Status Report with me.
You can paste it into https://pastebin.com and share the link here.

Once I have more information, I will be in a better position to assist you further.

    Best regards.

    Hi @mattheus,

Thanks for sharing the report. To better understand your initial setup, could you explain how you set up Google for WooCommerce? Did you have Jetpack installed initially, and was it used for the connection, or was Jetpack never installed on your site?

Are you still seeing the error after disabling the Google for WooCommerce plugin?

Lastly, since the errors are related to _transient_jetpack_update_remote_package_last_query, you might want to clear all transients on the site using a plugin like Transients Manager to remove any leftover data causing conflicts. You can also clear WooCommerce transients using the built-in tool by going to the WooCommerce section in your WordPress admin dashboard, then navigating to WooCommerce > Status and clicking on the Tools tab. Scroll down to find the WooCommerce Transients section and click “Clear transients” to remove any outdated or corrupted transient data, which might help fix the issue.
