At the newest WP Version I get no options,
but a text in block: “In diesem Block ist ein Fehler aufgetreten und eine Vorschau ist nicht möglich.”, so no publishing ist really possible.

Spoiler: Currently, the only solution is to switch to the Classic Editor. Gutenberg has never been officially supported.

But it did work in Gutenberg, but only some WP version before.
Classic Editor is no option anymore.

Partially it worked. I haven’t found a solution for the current problem yet, but honestly, I don’t prioritize Gutenberg support very highly.
