The file upload field has two issues:

1. “Allow Multiple File Upload” setting is not working – this is a check box which is meant to allow/prevent multiple files from being uploaded to the same box. We have this unticked; however, multiple files can still be uploaded from the front end.
2. The button to delete an uploaded file is not working on the front end. Pressing the button opens the file upload dialogue, indicating there may be an issue with its z height.
