I’m trying to determine the best way to handle multiple subscriptions to different content on the same site.

There seems to be something a bit glitchy about having more than one protected piece of content on the same site.

For example, we offer a $5.99 monthly subscription that gives access to dynamic media that is updated regularly and an $8.99 one-time fee “subscription” to a static self-guided class.

However, users that have already purchased the $5.99 subscription are having issues purchasing the $8.99 self-guided class.

It seems like there may be some sort of database error when PMS is trying to add the second purchase; an issue updating the user’s status, perhaps.

I am using the latest version of Elementor on the latest version of WordPress.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @omarohara,

The free version of the plugin does not support multiple subscriptions for the same user. So a user that has purchased a subscription on your website cannot purchase another one.

They can only use one of the subscription actions like Upgrade, Downgrade or Change to switch their plan to a another one.

Multiple Subscriptions Per User are only available with a paid version of the plugin: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/wordpress-paid-member-subscriptions/

    Regards.
