Yesterday the update of your HT Event Plugin was released. It created serious problems for our website (built with Elementor). Thus, we needed to deinstall it for now. Do you know if this could be related to the plugin-update itself and any kind of bug? Or could it be a incompatability with another plugin? Is there the option to reinstall an earlier version of the plugin?

Dear Tarek, thank you for answering so quickly and with so handy screenshots. Unluckily the installation of the last version led to the same problem on our website, which at least now lets us know that it has not been the update itself, but needs to be a different kind of problem. What exact kind of screenshots would you like? Because as soon as I install HT Event the entire page does not work, so I cannot show any misfunctioning, as it influences the working of the entire page. Now obvioulsly I receive reports from WP that the sites linked to HT EVENT cannot be opened, which is due to the deinstallation of the plugin. Do you know if there is an imcompatability with other plugins which might lead to the problem? Best regards Anna

    Hi Anna,

Thank you so much for your kind response πŸ™‚

I am glad I could answer promptly, along with a few screenshots.

However, I am truly sorry to hear that updating the plugin to its most recent version didn’t help.

I completely understand that you are unable to provide us with a screenshot of the malfunction.

The reports from WP not clarifying the exact issue must be frustrating, and we strongly believe there may be other contributing factors at play.

To identify the issue, we will need to investigate further. Therefore, I kindly request you to create a ticket in our dedicated support center: https://hasthemes.com/contact-us/

This will allow us to take a closer look and provide you with an effective solution.

Looking forward to resolving this for you soon!

    Kindest regards,
    Tarek
