Every time a purchase is made on my site, inventory decreases by 2, when only 1 item is purchased. I noticed this because my inventory is -1, for many of my products. I typically sell unique items that do not have multiple quantities, so I don’t allow backorders. I also noticed that some times, after being sold, items have “Duplicate Imported from Woocommerce” next to the name. Looking at the Order Notes, it shows inventory going from 1 to 0, but still the inventory is -1. I was using a vendor plugin, and initially thought that was the issue, so I switched to Product Vendors extension, but it’s still happening. I’ve deactivated all my plugins, I’ve switched themes, I disconnected from my POS, I switched payment method to cash….it’s still doing it. Thankfully I haven’t launched my site yet, so I can troubleshoot without having to worry about that, but I was hoping to get it up and going soon! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello! I’m not sure if it’s the plugin, or if it’s something else, so I’m seeking help everywhere that I can. I also reached out to support and am hoping for guidance there. I was having the issue before using Product Vendors, which is why I switched to it. I was hoping that it would be the fix, but it was not.

    Hi again,

    > Hello! I’m not sure if it’s the plugin, or if it’s something else,

Gotcha. There are many different ones that is why we ask so we know where to look. Which plugin are you using exactly?

    Kind regards,

I’ve deactivated most of them. The ones that I haven’t touched are Mailchimp, Jetpack, Woocommerce Services, Woocommerce Authorize.Net Gateway, and now Woocommerce Product Vendors.

    Hi there,

Thank you for the clarification! In that case, if you are using WooCommerce Product Vendors (from WooCommerce.com), please open a support ticket under the account that you purchased the extension with by selecting the extension from the “I need help with” dropdown on the form here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket

    Thank you!
