For some reason when I have developer role I cant connect that account in stripe.
That’s because only the account owner has access to their account. Developer roles do not have the ability to perform the connect process. That is a restriction that Stripe places on the connect process.
Per the plugin documentation, you will want to have the account owner perform the connect process.

It seems that I need to be administrator role to able to connect via a connection tool.
This is some issue from stripe side I report to theme and I hope that they will fix it, because docs say one thing, in reality, is other thing.
