Hi,

I was using your plugin and now I see all my shortcodes are no longer working. They all just display the shortcode on the front end of my website. How can I fix this?

Are you also using the premium version of our plugin or just the free version?

Hey @anjoid,

In case you are using classic editor, please delete the shortcode on https://crypticrock.com/korn-the-nothing-album-review/ and enter it manually and also make sure the quotes are ” and not ’

This shortcode was working fine until recently, is there an issue with it? I don’t see any “.

I have individual codes on 2500 posts so I was hoping there was a bulk fix :/

Hey @anjoid,

Did doing the change I mentioned fix it? As you can see the quotes have changed which can cause the issue. It’s likely some server-side change or theme update might have modified the quotes.

If you have a backup from the date when the products were being displayed, then I would recommend restoring the site from that backup.

No unfortunately the ‘ to a ” in the shortcode did not work, you can see the page is still displaying the shortcode instead of the items.

The quotes being used are ” and not “.

This small change can sometimes cause issue.
