Jetpack has connected my site successfully to my LinkedIn and Mastodon accounts. So, my new posts are being automatically shared to these social networks. But, it has failed to automatically share my blog posts to my Facebook account.

Hey @dnauryz – before we help you with sharing post to Facebook issue, on investigating, I found your site is not responding correctly and Jetpack connection for the site is not good. We need working Jetpack connection in order to make everything work properly.
If I try to load your site, I see “Invalid SSL certificate” issue. Screenshot »
It appears mostly the issue is coming from your hosting provider but in order to quick check if Cloudflare is creating the issue, could you please temporarily pause Cloudflare, and then check if the site is working? If not, then you will need to contact the hosting provider to fix the issue but if the site is working after pausing the Cloudflare then please disable the Cloudflare on the site until we investigate the issue and let us know.
Animesh Gaurav, my site is up and running again.

Hey @dnauryz – thanks for reaching out! I see the Jetpack connection for your site is now looking good and the site is working as well.
Could you please try to re-share the post to your Facebook page and check if it is working? Let us know how it went or if it still shows any issue?
Howdy @dnauryz – just checking in to see if your attempt to reshare the post to your Facebook page is working. Let us know!
Hi Animesh Gaurav and Josh, no sharing with Jetpack is still malfunctioning: no thumbnails in Facebook and Twitter, no automated connection of Jetpack with Facebook.
Both Classic Editor and Block Editor have been used.
I have somewhat resolved the issue. First, I disabled an “Open Graph” option in my “SEOPress” plugin. Then, I deleted a faulty “Open Graph” plugin, substituting it with the “Open Graph and Twitter Card Tags” plugin. Inside the plugin, I deleted my default image, and left only one image option ticked: catch the first image in a post.
Certainly, it would have been better to insert code manually instead of the Open Graph plugin. Also, there are much stronger SEO plugins than “SEOPress”. But, I keep it, because “SEOPress” allows me to maintain a free video sitemap.
Hey @dnauryz – Yes, you’re right that the thumbnails appearing on Facebook and Twitter when sharing a post are controlled by Open Graph Tags. Jetpack includes a feature to add these tags, but if it detects another plugin handling them, it disables its own to prevent conflicts.
In your case, the issue likely stems from the Open Graph plugin, as it was managing the Open Graph Tags for your site. While Jetpack was sharing your posts on social media, the thumbnail aspect seemed to be controlled by that plugin.
Could you please confirm if this issue is resolved now?
Also, in your last-second reply, you mentioned:
no automated connection of Jetpack with Facebook.
Could you confirm if this is a separate issue from the Open Graph issue you mentioned earlier? I don’t see the Facebook account currently connected to Jetpack. If it is a different issue, could you also confirm if it is still occurring?
Animesh Gaurav I can share my posts with thumbnails on social media. But, my Jetpack Social still cannot connect to Facebook. So, I share my posts manually.
Hi @dnauryz –
If you decide that you want to continue troubleshooting the automated posting in the future, feel free to start a new thread and we can investigate.
