Greetings
I would be very grateful for the help
I have a website in Hebrew
When I save features and variations
The values are stored in the database properly
But the keys are kept in improper encoding
For example instead

I’m surprised
Is it called a solution?
It’s only if you do it programmatically
If the management interface is used normally this is not correct
I think it should be passed on to developers

My apologies for the misunderstanding.

I’ve had a look at our reported issues and do not see reference to one similar to this. Can you please send a screenshot of what you’re seeing when the encoding is not working as expected? As well as more information about the workaround you’ve setup?

Does this issue happen when you’re using only a default theme and only WooCommerce activated? If so, can you also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

It’s quite possible you’ve uncovered a bug. If you’d prefer, you can also submit a bug report: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/

That’s good to know.

As for the default theme, what’s its name? (I deleted all topics)

I’ve found a fairly old issue where the issue came from the theme. Before going down any other troubleshooting paths, I’d like to ensure that this isn’t the case here.

The best way to determine this is to:

Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

1. Yes, is only on the backend (but it is relevant to plugins)
Could be on the front end as well
Because of the next thing-
this
Note that it is written twice, once as the identifier (?) Of the attribute, and there it is incorrect, and a second time as there, and there it is correct.

2. It continues even with the “Storefront” template, and with off plugins

3. My site is not yet active for learning and experimentation
I am currently working with products in English until it is fixed
