I would like to ask about the lesson action buttons in Sensei LMS.

Currently, the “Lesson Complete” button is displayed when the lesson is in progress,
and the “Completed” and “Next Lesson” buttons are displayed when the lesson is completed.

Instead of this, I would like to reverse the display conditions:

    • Show “Completed” and “Next Lesson” while the lesson is in progress
    • Show the “Lesson Complete” button when the lesson is completed.

Is there a way to achieve this?

The Lesson Actions block controls the buttons that appear on a lesson page — including Lesson Complete, Completed, and Next Lesson. These buttons automatically change based on a learner’s progress through the lesson.

At the moment, there isn’t a built-in option to reverse these display conditions. The block’s behavior is tied to the learner’s progress status. However, since the Lesson Actions block was rewritten as an editable block, you can adjust the order of the buttons.

You can learn more about how this works here:

    Thank you for your reply.

    When I first started editing,
the “Lesson Complete” button was displayed when the lesson was completed,
and the “Completed” and “Next Lesson” buttons were displayed while the lesson was in progress.

Currently, the “Lesson Complete” button is displayed while the lesson is in progress,
and the “Completed” and “Next Lesson” buttons are displayed when the lesson is completed.

    Is this the correct behavior?

    Hi @myst5917

Currently, the “Lesson Complete” button is displayed while the lesson is in progress,
and the “Completed” and “Next Lesson” buttons are displayed when the lesson is completed.

This is the correct behavior. I haven’t seen anything different from that on my end.

I’m sorry, it seems I misunderstood.
Thank you very much for your answer.
