    Hi @chicca11,

To ensure that your links also update the language slug automatically, please make sure this option is enabled:
Settings → TranslatePress → General → “Force language in custom links”.

I’d like to clarify how links are handled in TranslatePress as well:

    • Internal links (links to your own posts or pages) are translated automatically by TranslatePress. When a visitor switches the language, those links will automatically point to the correct translated version of the page, so there’s no need to edit them manually in the Translation Editor.
      • If you’re working with custom internal links added directly in HTML, these can also be translated automatically if the option “Force language in custom links” (Settings → TranslatePress → General tab) is enabled.
    • External links (to sites outside your domain) and internal media links (images, documents) can still be translated manually. These are the links you can translate in the Translation Editor.

You can find more about this from our documentation: https://translatepress.com/docs/translation-editor/translate-links/.

If the issue persists, please let me know exactly what links from what pages of your site are not working for you.
