Missing code to enable translation

    I came across a missing function at ./init.php line 641.

    return '<b>'.$loginizer['retries_left'].'</b> attempt(s) left';

    This way the translation plugins won’t pick it up. I’m happy to help with fixing it. I’m just not sure, how the pull requests work on Subversion.
