I believe I’m having a very similar issue to the thread named above, but none of the ideas in this previous thread seem to make any difference.
The shortcode options aren’t being respected, and horizontal scrolling isn’t being applied with or without the JS library.

Even applying the referenced CSS rules in theme customisation doesn’t constrain the table width.

What am I missing here?
