    Have it installed, but when I enter emails it says I’m already subscribed, but it is not adding the email to the list on MailChimp.

    I tested the form on your site and saw the “Oops…” error.
    Can you please check under MC4WP > Other, what the full error message in the log is and let me know?

    As for the “Already subscribed” message, that would mean the email is already in the audience.
    Under MC4WP > Form > Settings, you can set “Update” to “Yes” so subscribe anyway if it’s already on the list.

    Also have a look at the double opt-in settings, if that’s on Yes, it won’t actually add the email to the audience until the confirmation link in the opt-in email is clicked.
