Nothing seems to load

    Hey,
    So I’ve installed WordPress 4.8.2 locally, and I’m having some issues. The sites working – its set up, but in the admin panel nothing seems to load. For example, if I search for a plugin, it just loads forever and doesn’t return with anything. Also when trying to upload an image to a post, it just instantly tells me an error occurred and to try again later (image upload only works if I insert it via a URL).
    Im on windows.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello @oostihere,

    Please check WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php file. If it is set to false then please change it to TRUE.
    You can do this by adding the following lines to your wp-config.php underneath the WP_DEBUG line so that it looks like below.

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    After that, please check Error log file.

    Have you changed the siteurl in the WP table? (tableprefix)_options …
