    Hi,
    I’m experiencing an issue where the payment status from Stripe is not syncing correctly with my WooCommerce orders. For example, the payment appears as refunded in the Stripe dashboard, but the corresponding WooCommerce order status is not updated properly.

    Could you advise on the correct way to sync the payment status back to WooCommerce? Is there any manual process, or do I need to adjust some settings in the plugin?

    Hi @jennyong

    Thank you for contacting Payment Plugins. Can you please confirm if you’re processing a refund via the stripe.com dashboard?

    If so, you need to make sure your webhook is communicating with your website. The webhook is how the Stripe plugin keeps the WooCommerce order in sync with Stripe when you process a refund within the stripe.com dashboard.

    You can verify that webhook notifications are being received by going to the stripe.com > developers > webhooks page.
