Paypal & Woocommerce Intergration

    CAn someone please help or advise … my apologies if this post is on the wrong forum .. im a newbie so be gentle and point me in the right direction. When we mark our Woo commerce orders as fulfilled on our website in the usual way, I have to then go into PayPal and mark the individual orders as dispatched in PayPal. Is there a way to integrate some kind of functionality so that when when me marks an order as completed on wordpress website, it sends a message to PayPal so that PayPal is able to change the shipment status to Sent? Unfortunately we can’t simply ignore the orders status on PayPal, or they will be treated as open orders that haven’t been dispatched. any advise or heads up much appreciated
    as i have been digging around the internet and i have not had much luck .. simple step by step instructions please !!

    Hi there,

    First, welcome to WooCommerce and PayPal 🙂

    Are your orders in PayPal staying as “pending” when you complete them through WooCommerce? If so, can you let us know which PayPal plugin you’re using? Or, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Generally speaking, when you update an order in WooCommerce, it will automatically communicate that change with PayPal. However, when that doesn’t happen, it may be an issue with your IPN connection, as discussed here:

    Please note though that the debugging steps may be different if you’re using a different plugin.
