    Hello, is it possible to check what has been uploaded and written by the user and accept it as an administrator before publishing it automatically? Thank you

    There isn’t an automatic way to do this. There is a general approval process described here: Approving Records, but if you need to approve changes to an already approved record, you’ll need to write some custom code for that.
