I share @papiercode’s opinion that the current presentation is really confusing for customers.
We have received numerous phone calls from customers who believe they have entered their phone number incorrectly. The red message under the field, combined with the orange banner, seems to add to the confusion.
Since the addition of this feature, we have had to disable the module and switch to Stripe for all transactions on the website http://www.poterie.alsace, as we were losing too many sales and spending too much time explaining this issue.
