I solved it disabling sending by URL. But some days ago I have a new problem, posts are not sent and in the log I get this error

PHOTO_INVALID_DIMENSIONS

I think this is a telegram API error, that doesn’t permit photos wider than 1147px. But the plugin should resize the image to the adequate dimensions, so bigger photos could be set as featured image, but a reduced size version should be sent to telegram.
