Plugin download for version 1.0.9 doesn’t work

When I update this plugin on the WordPress dashboard there’s an error:
An error occurred while updating PE Easy Slider: Download failed. Not FoundI get a “File not found” error when accessing the plugin’s URL: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/pe-easy-slider.1.0.9.zip
