problem with menu and mobile menu after update

    Hello

    I hope someone can help me.

    Today I update WordPress 6.8.3, all the plugins and Nirvana theme from the website https://www.arq.ufmg.br/ea/

    If the slide at the bottom of the page goes to top, as usually stays, the submenu doesn´t show.

    After this the menu and submenu mobile is not working.

    The pages are build using Page Builder plugin, that was also updated.

    I really don´t known what is happening.

    It is important and urgent too because it is a institucional website with documents.

    Hi, thanks for posting your question. You can try temporarily deactivating all SiteOrigin plugins. If the issues persist, you would have ruled out SiteOrigin plugin involvement and can move on with further troubleshooting.

    Thanks for help me.

    Deactivating all Site origin plugins. The submenu woks.

    But the menu and submenu still aren´t working in mobile

    The picture below shows the submenu not working if the slide stays in the first line.

    I am sorry about my english. Are you understand me?

    I don´t know if I shouldn´t update everything at the same time (WordPress, Nirvana theme, Page builder SiteOrigin, etc).

    Hi, thanks for the update.

    If the menu and submenu issue persists with all SiteOrigin plugins deactivated it likely means that SiteOrigin is not involved in the issue. The theme author is the best party to open a ticket with regarding the theme’s mobile menu.

    today I started all again deactivate plug-ins changing theme and I don’t know what happened but the important thing is the site menu mobile menu are all fine
