Problems with products sync

Hello,
I have the following problem: I use the last version of the plugin and I don’t see the latest products added to the site synced correctly to the Facebook catalog. I also tried uninstalling the plugin to reconnect, but even deleting it leaves the data intact and the connection to the page remains.
I add that when I try to remove and re-sync a product (which on Woocommerce is reported as synchronized, while in reality it is not) I receive an error message “Facebook for WooCommerce error: Updated product on Facebook has failed.”
How can I fix all this?Thanks
