There is no such thing as a “ChatGPT” or “LLM” database. AI models do not fetch information out of the box, they work as they are because they have been trained on large amounts of data from different sources. You cannot remove or ignore this training, unless you build your own AI model.

What you can do is provide additional context and instructions so the AI focuses on a specific field, like your website or business, and engages only within that scope.

Note that the results you get from the chatbot do not depend on the plugin alone, this depends on the model you use, the AI provider’s service, the context you provide, and the instructions given.
