    Hi All

    I implemented ARMember pro late in 2024 with a customed members directory only accessible to members. In this directory, I included a search bar for searching by “PrΓ©nom” (vorname), “Nom” (name) and “Entreprise” (enterprise – meta data). Everything was fine when the web site went live in Jan 2025. But late in June, users underlined that the search query was empty and bugging which is unfortunately true. The website is based on the latest versions of WordPress, Elementor Pro and ARMmember Pro (some other pluggins are also set up).

    My support period ended in May so I tried to debug with my best friend chat GPT. It identified that the URL is not modified by the query when searching and that’s maybe an ajax issue but that’s it. And I was unable to fix it.

    As someonelse face this issue ?

    Another issue is that the plugin sort members by username (usually the email) and there is no possibility to change the sort criteria for the name for example…

    As mentioned you are using the ARMember pro plugin, so please note that this forum is for the ARMember lite plugin only due to forum limitations I am unable to assist you with the ARMember pro plugin. So, kindly open a support ticket for the ARMember pro plugin and after that, you will be assisted from there.

    You maybe read my post too quicikly…. My licence is lifestyle but my support period ended in May. As IT IS A REGRESSION (A BUG), I would like to find a solution as my clients are not satisfied with the current situation. I’m sure I’m not the only one inthis situation. So please, do investigate.

    As already mentioned, even if my licence is lifecycle, my support period ended 3 months ago… so impossible to open a ticket
