Slack notification break submission

    Hi !
    First of all, thank you for this great plugin ! We try to test the slack notification but we just figure out that if this option is active, it break the submission of our GravityForm. We get a 500 fatal error in the response of the ajax submission.

    So to try if the slack notification work well, we have make a volontary error in the smtp servor url. We also try to make an error in the sender email, and in both of case we get the same error message…

    • PHP Details: What is your current PHP version?
