• Following a WooCommerce update (10.1.2), an issue has occured that I have not yet been able to find a suitable workaround for. We are on version 2.1.8 of name your price. WordPress version 6.8.2. PHP 8.3.

The name your price field will accept most, but not all, entries that I would expect according to our settings. The step is set to 0.01 and it accepts prices entered to the penny. However, it refuses to accept the price of Β£74.68. A message appears that says “Invalid price. Please try again!”. I accepts prices around this number, but this one number is not accepted.

I don’t know if this is related to another issue I raised a couple of months ago, so I’ve created a separate topic for this, but that issue can be found here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/recurring-intermittent-issue-with-decimals-being-wiped/

Can you offer any help in resolving this?

    Hi @istcwebmaster ,

For your information, I have sent your report to our developers. They said that could be triggered by an issue between our plugin and the new version of WooCommerce.

Since this plugin hasn’t been updated in the last 3 months, please wait for the upcoming update to check back. Our developers are trying to update all of our 50+ plugins to work properly with the new version of WooCommerce. It might take quite some time, if the issue is causing loss for your business, you might consider disable it temporarily.

    Best regards.
