    Plugin just stopped working. I hit the manual refresh and it doesn’t generate new feed, no new content is added and no sale prices are updated. A lot of missing products in the feed.

    Latest version.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with updating your feeds. In order to do a first analysis please share with us the following:

    1. The feed URL it concerns;
    2. The plugin debug.log URL. This is how you can retrieve it: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Unfortunatelly I have the same problem. New products (since the middle of September) are not included in the feed even after a manually refresh.

    Unfortunately I have the same issue. New products that were added are not pushed to the feed anymore. Any news on this?

    In order to do a first analysis please share with us the following:

    Also, when you are using a caching plugin or are running server-side caching, please make sure to clear all caching and exclude the feed URL’s from your caching software so the feed URL’s are not being cached.

    I am also getting the same issue, I have fatal errors in my logs as well.
    I have the log URL, but the page you shared doesn’t explain how to send it, just to send it to the support team. Is there an email address?
